Take a look inside the connections made and insights shared at the Converge 2025 User Conference

Today’s supply chain professionals are facing constant pressures to cut costs, increase speeds, and deliver flawless customer experiences – all while adapting to shifting environments and rapidly evolving technology. Staying competitive means more than just keeping up, but requires connecting, learning, and optimizing at every level.

That is why ProShip was thrilled to connect with customers, partners, industry professionals and experts from other Libra Software companies at the 2025 Converge User Conference in Denver, Colorado. The event featured ProShip, WorldLink, Varsity Logistics, and 8 other sister companies in a can’t miss showcase, exclusive to our customers, taking place only once every other year.

We kicked off this year’s event on Sunday evening with a welcome reception, where attendees could enjoy food and beverages as well as time to mingle and network with customers, partners, and executives. Monday morning started with an introduction from Craig Skonieczny, Executive Vice President, DMS Sector at Libra Software Group, followed by the opening keynote, presented by Scott Christopher, a nationally recognized author, speaker, and corporate trainer. He shared an exciting session on the Levity Effect, showing how serious organizations can take a lighter, more easy-going approach with amazing results.

Starting ProShip’s track with a bang on Monday morning was Satish Jindel, Founder and President of ShipMatrix. His session explored how several factors like the retail powerhouses’ market influence, the B2B-to-B2C shift, and evolving tech solutions are reshaping parcel shipping – and what that means for carriers, retailers, and the future of fulfillment.

The day continued with several other powerful and engaging sessions including a discussion on ProShip’s efforts to continuously improve our customers’ needs, presented by Justin Cramer, ProShip’s Co-Founder, Tony Verrill, VP of Sales, and Jeff Lukaszewski, Director of R&D. These experts covered some of the new features and functionalities of ProShip’s industry-leading multi-carrier shipping software to better serve each unique customer.

A partner session by Bob Miller, VP of Sales at StreamTech, dove into the requirements of successful shipping automation. The rest of the day included an exciting session about ProShip’s Centralized Config from Justin Cramer, Jeff Lukaszewski, Dan Scott, Manager of R&D, and Mark Wallace, Software Developer. We also heard from our partners at Banyan Technology as they explored staying competitive with less-than-truckload (LTL).

A session from USPS’ Jay Smith, Director of New Business Acquisition and Doug Engle, Manager of Major Accounts – Shipping, capped the first full day of sessions. This duo sparked a valuable discussion on how USPS is helping shippers cut costs with transparent pricing, fewer surcharges, and new delivery solutions from its Delivery for America roadmap.

Day two of ProShip’s track was just as great, starting off with a session where ProShip integration managers, Jeff Saccamando and Jon Wolynia, made their presentation debut. They joined others from the ProShip team in exploring how ProShip’s powerful tools can streamline your shipping operations. Gila Reiser, Director of Integration, followed with real-world ProShip success stories, highlighting how ProShip helps leading retailers drive smarter, more efficient shipping strategies.

Preliminary to Tuesday’s lunch hour was an insightful session from our partners at ISCorp. Their team explored the benefits of working with a security focused delivery partner to boost cybersecurity, streamline operations, and improve software performance. Lunch was followed by another partner session with Reveel and joint customer, U.S. AutoForce. During this discussion, they dove into how the ProShip and Reveel partnership has helped U.S. AutoForce cut costs, unify data, and drive savings through automation, analytics, and real-time insights.

Tuesday afternoon offered attendees time to hear directly from Saddle Creek Logistics’ Sr. Director of Systems, Steve Congro, joined by their Strategic Account Manager, Will Carver of ProShip, about their experience influencing ProShip solutions and the power of customer feedback.
