Returns • Packaging • Must be compliant • Labeling • Should be preprinted • Receiving • Proper inbound handling - Industry: Pharmaceutical - Objective: Enable end-users to return used equipment to manufacturer - Assumptions: Equipment may be considered biohazard - Process: - Customers call pharmaceutical company's Customer Service to report problem with equipment. - Customer Service determines type, quantity, and condition of the equipment to be returned. - Customer Service reviews product/equipment information in its system and determines best shipping solution (regulated or not) for the return. - If the equipment is fully regulated, Customer Service sends a return kit for the end-user. - Customer Service directs Labelmaster to ship the return kit to the end-user directly. - The kit contains the appropriate packaging (inner and outer packaging), markings (labels, placards), and instructions for the end-user to complete. - When the end-user receives and uses the kit, they can render a compliant package to the carrier.
