In March 2026, ProShip hosted its first solo user conference, bringing together customers, partners, and team members for the ultimate meetup. Over three days, attendees traded industry ideas, got a behind-the-scenes look at ProShip product updates and the roadmap ahead, had 1-on-1 face time with the engineers behind the platform, toured a live distribution center, and spent an evening at one of Milwaukee’s most iconic landmarks.
Now we’re doing it again. ProShip Pinnacle 2027 returns to Milwaukee, WI, April 5-7 with new sessions, hands-on learning and workshops, fresh perspectives, exclusive product updates, and more opportunities to connect with ProShip community.
Pinnacle is built for ProShip customers only, so every session speaks to how the platform runs in real operations. If you manage carrier configurations, rate shopping, or shipping workflows in ProShip, this is your chance to get more out of your ProShip software with the experts who know it best.

Pinnacle Welcome Party
Monday, April 5th | 6:00 – 8:00pm
Kick off the week at the Pinnacle Welcome Party, held at the Brookfield Conference Center. Registration opens at 5:00 pm. Dress in your best business casual attire, grab your badge, and settle into an easygoing evening of light music, hors d’oeuvres, and drinks. We’ll start things off by raising a glass together to the two days of learning, connecting, and collaborating ahead.
The ProShip Bash: A Night in Vegas
Tuesday, April 6th | 6:00 – 9:00pm
On Tuesday evening, we’re bringing a night in Las Vegas to Brookfield and welcoming you onto a casino floor. Try your luck at classic casino games, then keep the night rolling with entertainment, fun activities, music, food, drinks, and more! Vegas casino attire is encouraged, so dress the part and bring your best poker face.

Every session and the expo hall take place at the Brookfield Conference Center in Brookfield, Wisconsin, and our official event hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn, connects right to it for maximum convenience.
